Baleadas Express (Food Truck)

I used to live in the area and have visited around >20 times. So I'll give credit where its due. The food is generally really tasty and the portions are Texas sized , I'm a Mexican and love the Honduran food ( my wife is Honduran). The Balliada especial is my favorite and second is the Pollo chuko. I personally have only had two abnormal experiences. The first was where I was given a portion of my order and I walked away without one of my items. The second was was actually today. I Ordered two portions of the chicken with the sauces on the side, but when I got home the sauce wasn't included at all. My wife ended up calling to complain and they did resolve the issue. I understand small issues do happen and I can't always expect excellent service. I will be returning. The staff is usually friendly as long as you're well mannered, though the clientele is usually not. I do get that the staff has to put up with some unruly customers. On another note something I dont like is that prices are not stated on the Menu itself. You'll have to ask for individual prices for things if you want to know and lastly on the receipt the price is the total and not individual items leading up to the total.

Saw this place and just pulled over to try it, was very good and different than what I'm used to. Was a language barrier but you can point at the pictures if you need to. I tried what was some type of hot sandwich on a plantain, it was very unique and good, I'd like to try more things from here. Glad I stopped by.

Food is was and always is amazing. Tried the baleadas a couple of years ago, and it was love at first bite. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to try Honduras food
